The pin hasn't gotten any bigger from yesterday, but the psilocybe mycelium is starting to consume the whole patty

Got rid of the excess crap that was growing on the top, relocated the patty to a shady area next to my house and got rid of the tote, you guys were spot on about the tote killing the primordia, but it definitely didn't stop the mycelium from colonizing

Tell your dog to mix some wet straw and some LI into the horse dung, and then tell your dog shes a good dog and pat her on the head for helping u grow shrooms outdoors

Do you have the patty outside? If you do all I did last year was lightly spray with hose if it got too dry, otherwise the beauty of outdoor grows is that nature does most of the work.

I personally wouldn't waste my time fucking with cow shit that may or may not have cubensis mycelium in it.
It's so fucking easy to grow cubes a variety of ways that this doesn't make very much sense...

lol i find outdoor grows are more for the novelty and fun than for the actual purpose of growing mushrooms as a hobby or for consumption's purposes.
