What TV shows to binge watch?

I'm currently cleaning out my whole playlist on my channel and adding more tv series than movies mainly a lot of sitcoms but I like it to make it more diverse and universally liked. What TV shows are good to binge watch? And is there any TV channels that provides good programs that I could take some ideas of?

Pretty sure you've seen Breaking Bad so I'll leave that one off
Have you seen HBO's True Detective (the first season only)?
Better Call Saul
The Girlfriend Experience on Showtime is also a really underrated one -- it's about a female escort, the shit is really atmospheric and suspenseful, Steven Soderbergh is behind it

I've been watching Parasyte, and Death Note. Not sitcoms, but pretty good shows, IMO, if you like animation and dark storylines.
Always Sunny in Philadelphia gets accolades from a bunch of people. Personally, I can't stand it. Mostly because I lived in Philly and realize that people that angry and stupid actually exist. If I hadn't met the real-world equivalent to all the characters, I might have found the show funnier.

I don't binge watch shows so idk what would make a show more appealing to "binge watch" as opposed to just watching it at your convenience. But the only show I would binge watch right now would be Game of Thrones simply because it's really entertaining but I'm so fucking lost and really don't know what's going on because I came in late and half paid attention in the beginning.
But, even though it's new and not enough episodes to binge watch, I'd suggest checking out Preacher if you haven't already. I'm loving this show already and it's only on episode 3 so far.

Yeah that scene was off the chain
But yeah dude definitely at least give True Detective (season 1 only, every season is a different setting and cast and season 2 was a letdown to say the least) a shot. It was outstanding.

Just some of the stuff I've watched recently and really enjoyed:
Banshee Last Man Standing Fringe Being Human (US) Mr. Robot Sense8 Forever Dusk Til Dawn (Yes, the TV show) Wayward Pines Limitless Da Vinci's Demons Expanse Into The Badlands South of Hell The Man in High Castle
Some of these only have 1 season so far. Sense8 took awhile to get good for me, but once it did, I was thoroughly hooked and am anxiously awaiting the next season.

Narcos, Parks and Recreation..Cosmos
And I've been watching Better Call Saul, it was better than I thought it would be. But ya those are just the ones I've seen lately.
I've also watched some iZombie which was okay. I've heard that show Nurse Jackie is good but I've never seen it. Dammnit I want season 2 of Narcos already. That's like the second best show I've ever seen right after Breaking Bad.

I just finished Walking Dead. Now I'm about halfway through season 2 of Better Call Saul. After that I think I'm going to watch Alaska Last Frontier, its a reality show about a family that lives in Alaska.
Fargo is an amazing series too if you haven't seen it yet.
The other show I watch is called Daytime Fighting League. I watch it on youtube, but it might be an Adultswim show

I only like the first season of Fargo. Billy was the make it or break it for me apparently. I really loved his character. Without him in it I just didn't find the show that interesting.

If you have HBO all of their shows are on demand for free. Or on HBO Go

Both seasons of Fargo are good. The first season of True Detective is genius. Vikings is good. If you have Showtime, Ray Donavan. A lot of people like Game of Thrones, and I only watched it twice, but all I saw was a tits show.

Lately I've been watching Misfits, kind of like a UK version of Heroes but less corny and more funny.
It's the source of this graem but I didn't clue in to that until I got to that episode.
Before that I was watching Housos, which is more or less an Australian knockoff of Trailer Park Boys. I found it pretty funny but I'm not particularly a fan of Trailer Park Boys itself.

Cool I'll see if they have that one in Canada. Another good show on Netflix from that part of the world was The Straits, a bit like the Sopranos or Breaking Bad.

One show that I never thought I would like and started watching as joke but turned out to be pretty dang good is Supernatural. Before i watched it and saw it on o thought every episode would be pretty much the same with a basic storyline, but it gets pretty damn deep. In my opinion seasons 1-5 are fantastic and 6 to 11 and on are still good just not as good and getting a little repetitive. I haven't seen many people talk about it but the few people that have seen it all said they really enjoyed it. I suggest anyone whose looking for a good series to check it out.

Haha that's exactly what I thought before I watched it. I thought it was just about them killing ghosts and vampires and things but it really dives alot deeper then that. The story line is pretty darn good and I really enjoyed the characters and the character development.
I definitley recommend it to people. I'm sure it's not for everyone but everyone I know who watched it really liked it. The story goes pretty quick, it is a bit slower at the beginning but still alot faster then other shows/series. Once you get a few episodes into it it gets pretty in timing.
If your into sci fyi or fantasy type shows it should be right up your alley. It was the type of show that I would want to watch one after another it grabs your attention and makes you want to keep watching.

Is there any shows that doesn't involve you knowing the story from the beginning like a serialized drama like Breaking Bad where you literally need to watch from the beginning

American Horror Story is different each season and aren't connected (I liked the Hotel one the most). Fargo is kinda the same way. Season 2 takes place years before season 1, and season 2 is mentioned several times in 1, but you don't really need to have watched 1 to watch 2.

I guess I feel like it became some corny women's horror show, then it started seeming like it was marketed for gays and trans people, then finally Lady Gaga became the main character. Lost all interest. I felt like I was supposed to be watching it with a woman or something.

Such a good series! I was so excited when this got announced. Totally holds up to the classic Evil Dead series. Its far more along the lines of Army Of Darkness with the style of humor but has the same cheesy/fun feeling that they all have.

Recently I've been watching the new season of Narcos. It's great. In between that I've been watching the OJ reenactment that I think is called "OJ vs the People." I would recommend the documentary style OJ show too.
