My Agar Definately is contaminated, Ive already learned how to identify that milky look is bacteria
My understanding is that I can cut and transfer a wedge from the edge, where there is rhizmorphic, and keep transfering wedge edges of rhizmorphic to new plates, until I have a full plate of nice clean looking rhizmorphic mycellium, correct my if I am wrong please.
Should I be concerned that I will just keep transfering bacteria from plate to plate as well, if my first plate was full of milky bacteria?

Yep, do transfers. I don't even do the edge of the mycelium sometimes, sometimes I just get the middle or wherever I feel like really. I turn one plate into about 4 more when I transfer (flaming between each transfer and have good success.
Also are you starting from spore print? If so then the bacteria is pretty normal. Agar is made so that you can identify the mycelium from the contains easily and make transfers until you're working with cultures you find satisfactory.
Just go for it man. You'll probably surprise yourself with how much better it looks after a transfer of your sab conditions are up to par.

The only purpose of this tek is to show you how to make a simple substrate. I also add gypsum to it but not necessary) Spitball's Monotub Tek (A liner isn't necessary but is useful) Use 6500k lights throughout the whole process. When you wake up, turn the light on. When you go to sleep turn the light off. It's as simple as that.
