Highest pressure/temperature that is ok for sterilization?

My friend has had several problems with sterilization of his pf jars in the past (he doesn't have a pressure cooker, and he doesn't think he steamed them long enough), and has recently decided to get another friend to use the autoclave at her work to sterilize the jars. What would be the highest pressure or temperature setting that wouldn't destroy the nutrients in the flour? My friend doesn't know anything about the autoclave, except that it's essentially a giant pressure cooker, and it may have more than one temp/pressure setting. Thanks for any advice you can give me!

a normal cycle in an autoclave is perfect. i have used an autoclave from my old job. that autoclave was set to go to 32 psi, but as far as i know you don't kill nutrients just unwanted spores and bacteria.
