ID help please!

Habitat:
Found in France, growing in the grass next to the farm house among straw and animal poop

Gills:
Dark brown, unattached to stem

Stem:
Long, a lot longer than mushroom diameter, off white, hollow.

Cap:
Almost conical, fairly dark brown with a slightly orangey nipple

Spore print color:
Dark brown

Bruising:
just a much darker brown

Other information:
Smells like a mushroom

All signs point to yes edible and yes magic but it's not one I've picked before so just want some extra advice

Coprinellus sect micacei, edible when cooked but not magic.

Ah okay! Thanks! Do they not have attached gills normally? What's the special characteristic that you can identify these guys with so I know for future?

they turn into black goo and are extremely flimsy
