White spots on stems/caps?

Almost all of the caps on this casing look like normal, healthy shrooms except that they have infrequent small white spots. By infrequent I mean that though they are present on most of the shrooms, there are few on each. They don't seem to be getting bigger or smaller or multiplying.

What the hell is it?

I can post pics in a bit if you need them, camera batteries are dead at the moment.

I to think it's just mycelium...
To be sure, just perform this test. Try to remove them, they should just peel off like "skin" (they may stick a little to the cap though)

That's a normal characteristic for Ps. cubensis but sometimes - depending on the strain or environmental factors - they don't show up at all.
