Well, the thing we have that's 100 times worse than morning glories is Kudzu.
Morning glories pose no problem here ,and everybody grows them in their gardens.
That being said,we have quite a few native Morning Glory species here, and that is the only ones you see in the wild or in the farmers fields anyway. The exotic types don't seem to naturalize here at all.
I just think you hate Morning Glories, and are over exaggerating

I guess Family and friends have an issue with them but I do remember seeing MGs ALL around as well as the kudzu. It's not that hard to get rid of them but there are tons of them.
Anyways I'm far gone after a toke so I'll get you later.

Go Fishing you D Bag

I always use mulch, and I got all this for a steal!
All the bags at Lowe's that were busted open were half price, and this was the main one that had the most busted bags,it's cypress mulch, anyway,I got it all for a very cheap price
Some more pics!
My Klip Dagga Mon!

My N.rusticas's.

Hibiscus.

CatMint flowering ever so slowly...

I have some cilantro seedlings I started recently, I am amazed at how quickly they begin to give off that cilantro scent.

Damn, kbg. I came here to bitch about how spring hasn't really started in eastern PA. It did, and then for like the past 10 straight days it's been no warmer than 55°F and rainy. My poppy sprouts came out with their cotyledons, and some are just developing a real leaf set, but considering that I planted them in good soil in (what should be, if the clouds ever broke) a sunny spot, they are way behind schedule. And then I see your awesome plants and the jealousy swells within me. The truth is that I love cool, rainy days, but I also love amazing plants.
My cilantro is stunted, and I had to move all my basils, peppers, and cacti back inside. Pretty butthurt about it, tbh. The only thing I have that's doing real well is my lemon balm, which seems to be unstoppable.
I really need TRUE spring to arrive, folks. But I'm glad to see you guys kickin ass in the garden.

Well,it's been warm here since March, but every once and a while we would get a cold night or two thrown at us. Man,we have 80's here! It's nice today, only 73.but that sun wills till burn you the hell up!
I think your poppies will be fine bro, mine really aren't too big either.
Thanks fore the compliment buddy I'm very proud of this years garden, and it's still expanding
I gotta figure out where to put all my Cantaloupe,Watermelon,Cucumber,Squash and Eggplants,I mean I have the room, but it sucks digging this all out by hand in the heat!
You know,I would have been hauling plants in and out too,but i got one of those mini greenhouses, and I was able to keep my plants out, even on the freezing nights. Maybe next season you should get one or two they are cheap, and will save you all of that hassle
And I love Lemon Balm man, that shit even stays green throughout the winter here,it's unstoppable!
Don't worry man, spring will be there soon enough for you,and your garden will grow my friend

Now to just end this drought, I caught a bit of the rain last night to add to the stash, a little treat for those summer months.
I am still pretty new to growing, and blown away again at how quickly all my plants took off once spring hit here, its a party out there.
