Pressure cooker - big enough?
    #2326942 - 02/12/04 01:10 PM (20 years, 15 days ago)

I'm a fresh newbie to growing. :tongue2:

I have a 4 qt. National Presto pressure cooker/canner, with guage.

Will this be large enough to at least start learning? My intentions are obviously to first learn proceedures before worrying about quantity. Or shall I start looking for a larger cooker?

Sure, growing in the 1/2 pint jars, you should be in good shape to start a project.
