Akuamma worse than pedro tea in taste. T&w method is tough, but a teaspoon worth is not bad to swallow after being used to tablespoon kratom doses.... akuamma is cheap too, and can be had preground. Can't say I felt much from it other than a little warmth and relief of soreness, which is just fine. Subtle, amazing stuff from Mom.

I know that you're going through your own shit, but I would get over the opiates and stick to krat. I know I've told you that before, and really the only thing I have to back it up is it worked for me, but it's just a better life.
For what opiates offer they make you feel really miserable and empty in the end. I can definitely relate to the using opiates in a romantic and an escapist sense, but there's just so much more deeper and more meaningful holes in life to fall into. Sometimes it's better to feel things, even if it's painful, awkward, and uncomfortable.
I'm 9 months off heroin and probably about 45 days off kratom. Whoo.

I'm super glad to be alive on this earth.
I'm so happy that I can feel again.
All these kids out there think life's so great when you party all the time. There needs to be a contrast. There is no light without the dark. Being comfortable is boring.
There's a thousand better ways to throw your life away.
2 months and 2 days clean of opiates and i've never been better.

Is tramadol an opiate??
If so I've been clean for 3 days now, before I tought of tramadol as a once in a while thing to have a good day here and there.
But just last week I dosed 300 mg for 4 days straight and a 400 mg three days ago, I feel if I continue down this path my liver is going to get fucked to shit.
I ise tramadol because it is like a weed high for me but witought all the cloudiness and it somehow makes me way more social.
Hope I can keep off for a while sonce a pill cost like 3 Philipphine pesos here at the generics drug store and they let you buy as many as you want.
Thanks guys

If we go against core values and decide to use chemicals, it's helpful to reaffirm intentions and values.
I believe the, "I screwed up. Now I need to start over again" approach can be very harmful.
The "staring over again" perspective looks backwards (like sobriety anniversaries) instead of forwards.
It can also make people feel like a huge loser, which strengthens and cultivates the desire to use.
Any thoughts?

80 days clean of opiates today.
I took kratom 2 weeks ago but I don't count it as a relapse.
Now to work on my speed compulsion...

If someone relapses, they only have 2 options, Keep using, or starting over and trying again to get clean. I'm not sure what exactly you're saying? Unless your issue is just the words I chose to use? You can call it whatever you want, but it is what it is, back to square 1 of withdrawal, etc.

i just wanna say thank you to everyone here for participating in this support group
if anyone ever wants to talk one on one or just needs someone to relate to about opiate addiction feel free to me
quitting H has helped me to see what i really want in life and why i havent gotten it yet
what i really want most of all is to help people and see people feel good about themselves, sadly my whole life i tried to do this many ways that were all completely wrong
now im starting to learn how to help people truly and having people help me has been a great help, i cant do it alone and i know that now
love all of you
