 I figured out what causing my mental instability

It is medication withdrawal. I started taking trazodone to help me sleep at night. 100 mg at first. I tapered to 75. And when everything went to hell is when I cut to 50. I know this now because for the past 2 days I took 75 at night and my symptoms and mental shit eased up a little bit.
The verdict, I'm stuck on these meds no with chance of escape... I feel so helpless..

Well my moods lately have been very severe with no in between. 2 days ago I felt more balanced. More in control of my moods. Today I had bad anxiety at work. Sweaty palms, gagging spells, frequent urination.
I was prescribed lithium and I have yet to take it. I want off meds. Most meds give me way worse side effects than I can handle. I am scared to take it.

 2 days is not enough for you to come to that conclusion. I bet within a week you're doing the same old shit, even if you double up on the dose of trazadone.

Just keep going to your doctors till you find something that agrees with you. I wish i could not take any pharms but sometimes you do need them, but thats where a good doctor patient relationship comes in. I have tried many diffrent things, and most dont work but if it dosnt i just tell her it dosnt and we try something else.

He's not even doing what the doctor has said to do. He's off experimenting on his own. Changing up his dosages and not taking other prescrptions. Going to a doctor isn't gonna do jack shit for him.

Ya thats very true... i mean whats the point if your not gonna atleast try, there is obviously a reason you get these meds.
Best thing to do for mental problems is find a psycologist and psychiatrist under the same roof. It really reinforces the treatment. Talk therapy is very important imo when it comes to this kinda stuff.

I doubt he's got as much of a problem as he says he does. That troll post about his apparent panic attack where he immediately fucked off for 2 days says more about his intentions then his "illness". This is viva la xannie all over again.

Good point, nevermind then. Drink a lot of water, staying hydrated is very important for great mental functioning...I'm not kidding..try it. Drink 8 bottles of water a day and see how you feel, it's amazing.

Yaaaa stuff is weird. When i was in detox for benzodiazipines i was given gabapentin and phenobarbital. You could ask for things to help sleep and they wouldn't give me ambien... which is my goto for sleep. So i said hell with it give me a trazadone. Never taken it before...
Well the second night i took ot i couldnt sleep. Finnaly fell asleep around 6 and instantly ended up in the back of a purple chyrsler Sebring wrapped a hospital blanket in the back seat. IT WAS SO REAL i thought i had eacaped the place in a blacked out state. I awoke a few minutes later and instantly fell into another dream.
I had ripped my room apart and was pinned by the mattress somehow against the wall. I was paralyzed and couldnt move. I was praying to god for help... i thought i had lost it and went on a psychotic break destroying my room. Something felt evil in there too...
So scary and realistic. As soon as i awoke i jumped out of bed as fast as i could. Never taken trazadone again...
Edit: Actually it might have been seroquel
