would organic carbohydrate supplements be good idea to mix into your substrate? is there any way to tell the simplicity/complexity of the carbs? 90 to 100 percent supplements seem like shroom steroids. i plan on testing either way and will post results but would greatly appreciate any input. also, what other supplements can be used aside from the cottonseed/soy bean meal teks?
