Just wondering, if I'm gonna use a black t-shirt with the heat lamp over it to dry out the shrooms (yea i know its not the most effective way but at the moment has to work) would like 90-95 be an alright temperature to dry at? possibily a tad lower, thermometer is not quite the best.

Anyone else ever have a problem with really fat stems not drying well on the inside. It is like the outside gets dry and lock the inner moisture in. I just take a knife and slit through one side (not cut in half) and it dries in no time. Anyone else?

I use a fan, then a desiccant chamber, works like a charm.
