Agony of Defeat- Need advice, Starting all over!

Couple of first grows went smoothly, but as of recently everything was growing green shit. At first I thought it was because I wasnt properly pasteurizing my sub (bucket tek), but today upon inspection of half of my jars, they were full of moldy shit. I had a lot of jars and it is agonizing to threw them all out and start all over. Dont really know if they were contaminated syringes or my techniques werent sterile as it shouldve been?
What equipment and techniques should I change, that would bring a higher sucess rate.
I usually do the monobucket tek and I use a AA25x and an SAB. I also usually clorox the hell out of everything, but it obviously isnt enough to win this battle.
Thinking of upgrading to A flowhood and a cooler for pasteurization.
Is there any advice on what tek and equipment will help me out with contams better. I have always read on this message board to "do shit properly", but most of the time us newbies are stubborn or dont have the funds to acquire all the proper equipment
I enjoy this hobby. It was very rewarding when things were going good, and I am now ready to invest into it, and get whatever I need to do things the right way
Please let me know where to go from here

You don't have to buy stuff to avoid contams, just get good. Without knowing exactly what you're doing it's impossible to say. Maybe you're wiping your tools with isopropyl after you flame sterilize them, maybe you put your hands over your work, maybe your jar filters are no good, I really couldn't tell you without a lengthy explanation of how you do everything.
If you have an AA75x and a SAB you already have more than me at your disposal.

If you are using coir / verm you don't need to pasturize. Bucket tek is fine.
Its most likely your spawn. You usually wont see mold in jars, so just because they are white and smell fine doesnt mean they are clean. The mold will usually hide thru colonization, G2G, and spawn run, not turning green untill you fruit the sub... it fruits the mold as well.
Flow hoods are great but you should be able to do the same work in an SAB, its all technique. So tightening your sterile tek up is one thing.
But when you are working with grain spawn, you really shouldnt be using spore syringes. Thry just arent clean enough. They are really meant for BRF, which is more forgiving.
Grains should be inoculated with a clean culture on agar. So that is what I sugguest you do, learn to germinate your spores on agar and make transfers to obtain a clean culture, and inoculate your grains with a clean wedge.

Ah yeah, forgot about that. Having a SAB and not doing agar is like having toilet paper and wiping your ass with leaves.

With agar you have a huge advantage, you *know* you are using clean innoculant. So if you get a contams you can look at other vectors and tighten it up
See these cultures? You can be sure as shoot they are clean!

It might be the syringes as you said. You don't need to buy expensive equipment to up your chances of success, all you need is to learn agar and go from there. And you won't have to use a needle anymore

Whats a good and elementary agar tek that can be recommended, theres so many of them.
Wouldnt I need a fresh fruit to grow agar?

Sounds like my first attempt.
My first mistake was trying to do spore syringes to grain spawn. DO NOT DO THIS!
Go from spore syringes to agar plates and then agar plates to grain spawn.
Some people will do spore syringe to liquid culture and then liquid culture to grain spawn. This is still a more problematic way to do it as you can't identify contamination easily in a liquid culture.
