Late casing after fruiting at spawning

So, I had read faht's method of late casing a while ago and it's alway stuck in the back of my mind. Recently, a lot of us have started fruiting at spawning, with a psuedocasing layer or top layer or whatever covering our grains. I find this doesn't act like a true casing layer, but is sufficient in many cases. But I also noticed my pinsets were often more sparce in the very middle of my tubs when I fruited like this. Colonization appears to often help make a nicer canopy.
So I know I don't have a true isolate yet in my culture, and it'll definitely affect my pinsets. And this may only be a coincidence, but a late casing seems to have helped this tub a lot!
The pictures are a bit blurry. I'm sorry, I do the best with what I have right now. This is the tub less than 48 hours ago:

Then cased:

This morning, about 35 hours later (I like giving them a little morning sun):

I'm going to take pictures at the 48hour mark too.
This was just some left over CVG I had in the bucket still. I sprinkled it as lightly and fluffily as I could. I understand this could be coincidence. Once I think I have a decent isolate, I'm going to try some side by sides trials.
Worth noting is that it was spawned two weeks ago tomorrow. Though it had some good knotting, the pinset was less than desirable. Just thought I'd share.
Any thoughts?
-----------------
Update: 24hours after morning pics (I passed out before the 48hr. mark). So this is actually the 58 hour mark.

This definitely hasn't been my best grow. But I feel like if I'd thrown down the casing layer at knotting, instead of after the first pins, I would have had a nicer pinset.
I cut down the big one though, and popped it in the dehydrator. The bluing in the stem was so dark!
More pics!
This is some more of Tub 2:

It sucks when you try to share a grow, so it comes out mediocre. If I don't share a grow, it comes out pretty good. I guess I gotta try again!

Not badd..but I'd loosen the top poly a little..you'll want more FAE, the casing looks a bit damp. And perhaps run a small fan in the same room (pointing away from the tub of course)

good call, thanks. I had just misted them, but I should loosen the poly.

Okay, I updated the OP. Definitely not my nicest grow so far, but it's something.

The top poly looks fine it's got the right condensation pattern going down the tub.
I'd pick that big one, chomp it down, and sit back and watch the rest of your tub explode. That bottom left corner looks like it has an awesome pin set, I don't think the whole thing is even done pinning because of how you cased it.

Thanks, SloppyJoe! I was hoping that too. The tub is two separate jars from separate plates. So, it may simply be more rolling flushes being it's very much MS. I'm definitely going to start casing a little bit sooner. Another tub that wasn't pinning has started since I cased it too.
In the meantime I'm still trying to isolate the genetics further with agar.
