No pins... SGFC Critique please

Photos: http://imgur.com/a/Sc9WS First of all, THANK YOU! This sub has been an amazing resourced of information. I have been following the PF Tek protocol as close as I could. I bought substrate jars online, and spores from TSD... inoculation seemed to go without a hitch. I saw no signs of contaminants, waited until the jars were completely white, then waited another week. I dunked the cakes in tap water for 12hrs and then rolled them in dry verm. I made a SGFC, and placed perlite in it and wet it down, then placed my cakes. This was exactly 7 days ago. Since then, not much has happened. More mycelium (correct term?) has grown around the dry verm, and today I noticed some of it has turned slightly blue. I am fanning/misting 3-5 times a day and the RH is staying at or near 90%. I am misting with tap water. Light is daylight... somewhat diffused through my blinds. No direct sunlight. Should I be concerned yet? I'm guessing I'm being impatient, but I thought I would say hello and ask for a critique and feedback on my process thus far. Thank you all! http://imgur.com/a/Sc9WS

You're being a bit impatient. They grow when they want to grow. Could take longer than 7 days. Your sgfc looks fine. You could possibly elevate it a bit more but thats about it. Keep it up! Good luck!

That's the perfect setup
Good job your doing things just right.
I'd move the sgfc away from the wall like 6 inches or so (preferably more)
Make sure you don't fan too much (some say only misting is necessary/benifitial)

Oh yes this. Didn't notice it was up against the wall.

Oh just one other thing to keep in mind bud. Don't worry about humidity too much. You want it to fluctuate. Basically when you mist and then fan, you're aiming to drop the RH so that more evaporation can take place, as evaporation off of the cakes is a major pinning trigger. I only fan for a couple of seconds, but that's me.
