20-23 PSI Too Much for Any Common Spawn Grain?

I've been looking at a machine that says it does 20-23 PSI.
Is this too hot for any common spawn? I was thinking about trying soft wheat just because it is available and relatively cheap. I have read that it does not have as tough of an outer casing as rye.
Also, there does not seem to be a weight. How would it likely be adjusted? Some type of temp switch?

but if it isn't a sterilizer, you can have the safety plug pop. Sounds like a gun going off and makes the entire kitchen wet lol. That's why I don't really go above 20 psi anymore using my presto. Easy to just put the plug back in, but scares the shit out of you when you least expect it lol

It is meant to be a sterilizer and has a built-in heating element.
I figure it is fine. I just read that someone used 20 PSI for popcorn and was not happy with the results but maybe they over-saturated it to begin with. I only have previous experience with rye which does seem to be very tough/solid.

Try Milo as a grain. Cheaper than popcorn, it works and has more inoculation points for the same weight/volume.

Is there a cheap source for milo besides WBS? I just see food grade sources that are very expensive for pure milo. If going that route it seems I might as well do WBS which is more expensive than soft wheat but much cheaper than pure milo.

I don't like small grains, they clump too easily. The bigger grains like oats and rye are much more forgiving. I load my oats pretty wet in jars so the prep is faster as well since most of the time you spend prepping grains is just waiting till they dry. I just make sure to drain them well and that's it.
