What temp is too cold for cold shocking?

Just a quick question... I've got a rather large tub of mycelium that is about to fruit, and I was wondering what temps are appropriate for cold shocking.
I've read that in the fridge over night will do it, so I checked the temps in my fridge, and they are at about 6C. The weather here right now will be going between 0C and 13C over the next few days and was wondering what temps I have to watch for before it'll be too cold if I decide to cold shock the whole thing outside.
Thanks!

You don't want to expose the myc. to freezing temperatures. Anything above 32F is okay. << Ugh, post whore value acheived .

i wouldn't cold shock it. use your refrigerator if you really want, but putting it outside isn't smart. cold shocking isn't really necessary with cubensis and you risk freezing if you put 'em outside.

If it's about to fruit, then why cold shock it?
I think I hear what you're really saying, but cold shocking isn't necessary. If you're having trouble developing pins, then shocking is a way to try to trigger pinning. Not really proven to be effective, BTW.
Change to fruiting conditions, sit back and watch for pins in a week or so.

Yeah... I wasn't going to do anything until I saw what people here said.
I'd grown before, but never cold shocked and everything worked fine... just took a little longer to pin than I would have liked.
Thanks for the quick replies
