There is chinese dessert/snack food thingy. Its white, chewy, and almost always stuffed with red bean paste, green bean paste, seasame seeds, or peanuts. I know the basic recipe, but I can't seem to get it to the right consistancy. I'm not sure if there is an english name for it, but here's what I've tried so far.
1 cup glutenous rice flour 1 cup water 1/4 cup sugar
Mix and boil cook on the stove until its combines.
I even let it cool, but it still wasn't as chewy as I hoped it would be. Can anyone help me?
