What could be the culprit? Is this a bad sign? Can't find anything using search

I left my tub like this and went on vacation for 3 days. Is this normal? I can't find anything about it. Sorry I'm repetitively bumping the thread but this is my first grow, going great until this, so I'm really curious.

Something isn't right. Why is it cracked?  Did you drop it....or is it contaminated?

It's from the tub being placed on a variety of surfaces, causing the bottom to bend up or down. Colonization was slow, so it's probably battling something. I get to go home and look at it today

When placed on another tub the bottom sags, and when placed on the floor the bottom straightens out, causing the cracks.

All of the holes filled in with mycelium. Which is weird. It's now pinning. Should I give you pin pics to see if they're Gucci on moisture and fae?
