sterilizing instead of pasteurizing bulk then reinfecting with pasteurized culture

basically, rather than relying on a careful balance of temp that you dont kill the desired organisms that die off above 80 degrees or so (above ideal past temp), why not pasteurize a small sample which is much more manageable in a highly controlled environment, then sterilize the bulk, or otherwise just go at it more aggressively, like boiling the bulk, overheating it to ensure the minimum requirements are met, being more careless about the maximums, like almost charring a fish to make absolutely sure its cooked all the way through, then once safe, reintroduce liquids from the pasteurized sample to reintroduce the bacteria that you killed, while at the same time anything that survived the boil will still be there anyway.
If you then left it to reinfect for a day or 2 more before using as normal pasteurized bulk, would this alleviate the problems that arise from sterilizing or overheating when pasteurizing?
I mean this as a safeguard to pasteurizing more on the aggressive side? Or otherwise just as a safeguard in-case i accidentally screw up, to use wether its done correctly or not.
Though if it would work directly anyway that would be pretty good, though someone has probably already thought of this/tried it so id like to know what the conclusion to that was.
Im only thinking about this for single substrate, for oysters, i think problems might arise in blended substrates, or would it?
Ideally id like to put in more effort to lessen the chances of contamination even if that effort is disproportionate to the outcome.

You can achieve 99% success with standard methods and techniques. Not sure what more you want. Close your vectors and see higher success.

I think that your over thinking the process. Yes any mold can rip through a sterilize sub. But im sure it contam so easy because anything can rip through it.

Yeah dude, too much effort. Just keep the temps right and it's golden. I understand that in a way you're trying to minimize effort with this, but just CVG in a bucket if that's the issue. Works for so many people.
