First time using wbs do it look ok?
    #23185512 - 05/03/16 05:41 PM (8 years, 8 months ago)

Hello all. So not to long ago I finished up some pf jars that went well. I then decided to move onto grains. I inoculated some rye berries a few weeks back and those have gone good so far. Almost complete. I theneed decided to try some wbs. I've looked at alot of pictures of healthy mycelium growth on wbs and I'm not to sure if mine fit. I guess my question is do these jars look suspect?

Looks bacterial. Give it a good sniff when you open it.
If it smells like anything other than fresh store bought mushrooms, then you'll know for sure it's not 100% clean.
Spawn it separately to a small mini dub tub. You can still pull of a decent grow, even with bacterial jars :goodluck:
