Low success rate with PF Tek Jars - Mold

I've been purchasing pre made substrate jars online and i would say my success rate of them making it to the Dunk and Roll phase is 50% at most. Typically I will see black or green mold about a week before the Dunk.
I'm not sure if that's due to non sterile jars being delivered, or my handling during the injection of the spores.
During the injection period, I always use a torch lighter between each jar and I make sure the syringe is glowing hot. Anything else I can do to improve my odds?
Also this is probably with mentioning...during the inoculation period the temp in my apartment has been ranging from 60-70 degrees.
Does anybody have a reputable place where i can purchase sterile jars? I don't have the space or time to do it myself unfortunately.
Thanks

Or a completely different method that you can recommend would be welcomed, i.e. grow bags

Making other people rich by buying pre-made jars is frowned upon around here, and is most likely the culprit of your failure.
Spend $10 on a dozen jars, $5 on brown rice, and $5 on a bag of verm and do it all yourself.
Then watch these videos and follow them to the tee.

This is the way to a successful grow.
We cannot recommend any certain vendors, but I can link you to our sponsors.

Dude I hear you but my space is super fucking limited. I don't have the room to keep the necessities around in this shoebox apartment.

If you watch the RR video, you will see how easy it actually is. Then, if you fail, it doesn't cost so much to try again because you will have most everything already instead of purchasing the same jars and pre-made stuff again.
If you want to increase you chance of success and cut costs, you need to start DIY. There isn't a vendor I would recommend for pre-made substrates...ever.

you can get a pressure cooker the size of a small pot for boiling water. They dont have to be the 23qt ones with fort knox style locks on the rim either.
if you don't have enough room for materials, you don't have enough room to even grow mushrooms bro. Stop being a pussy and make shit happen.

It could also be your innoculant... might be a bad syringe. Most syringes arent tottally sterile but generally clean enough for cakes IME.
Are you getting your syringes from someone other than a sh roomery sponsor? It could just as much be a poorly made syringe as bad jars.
I really sugguest sterilizing your own jobs so you know they are clean. Pin point which it is.
If you dont have an hour or two to mix and sterilize a few jars you should probably get your mushrooms from someone else instead of trying to grow them.
Its actually really really hard to contaminate a BRF cake.
