Okay so what will I need to make syringes? Do I need a PC? can I reuse empty old spore syringes instead of buying new syringes and needles?

Yeah, you can re-use syringes. Boil some water for 10 mins and use the syringe to pull up water. Once full wait 30 seconds and squirt water in the sink. Repeat that around 4-5 times and don't throw away your last syringe-full of water. You can also PC them instead but I find my syringes get damaged with PC cycles.
As for making a spore solution, it can probably be done without a PC. Boiling water for a certain amount of time should make it sterile and you can sterilize a glass container, maybe a small jar, in the oven. You need to make sure your print is very very clean. And I really do mean very clean.
People who use their own homemade prints usually do so with agar and even though we take all the precautions to make it as clean as possible, a few contams won't hurt us much since we can clean it up.
Use the search function to see some teks on how to make syringes, I bet there are a few for you to find. All you need to do is try to get the items you need sterile without a PC.
To be completely honest, I wouldn't use a homemade syringe to inoculate grain jars, that shit is super risky (then again I never went from spores to grain, so there's that). Folks crash and burn with syringes from reputable vendors sometimes and they take even better precautions than us. I suggest you invest in a PC if you are serious about this hobby. Agar will make your life 1000% easier.

Okay I might just save up to buy some Pre-made agar plates (for right now until i can get the funding for a PC) and then build a SAB for agar to grain. (which I'm pretty sure Ik how to do just havent tried it yet, and hey with agar if some of it gets contaminated I can just do transfers.
