Time to move on from cakes. Any TC's wanna chip in here?

So As a first time grower I went with some BRF cakes in a SGFC. Right now there all fruiting and I have had 0 contams. Ended up being alot easier than expected because I know how to read. These cakes were a great way to learn the life cycle of a shroom, but its time to move on to some bulk growing. Alot of information when searching about bulk growing teks is very old and im not sure what tek I want to go with. Advice on what to go with next is welcome from anyone but I'd like to hear from a TC on what should be the next tek i tackle. Im looking to grow about a pound this time around.

there's a bunch, AMU TNF the links in my signature, on their page they have the TEKs list sticky'd
or in most of the TCs signatures or my signature there's links to the things you need
or you know the search thing in the top right

that's why all of us put together so many getting started guides. it takes the research skill of a 4th grader(after library day) to find good info here.
the search bar is not old you just suck at using it effectively
the search engine lets you click posts by trusted cultivators, limit your search to mushroom cultivation only, threads newer than 2-3 years, only one result per thread + only search the first/main post so you don't get 100000s of results. etc... can even make sure posts include images too if you want.
for example this one that I made https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/19279962

-After the PF tek-
Start here
First watch these videos. I suggest starting with agar. it's very easy to do in a SAB. Look how easy it is.
How frank gets shit done This is franks post with links to his teks. Frank is one of our Trusted Cultivators.
Tips and tricksLot's of good stuff in here.
Preparing grain spawn What to do with that spawn? Coir prep Tek
Know you want to do monotubs right away?
Frank's 12 steps to shrooms (a mono tek for beginners)
Monotubs/Grain spawn How to get started
1. Make grain spawn WBS is used in the TEK(I use rye) Frank's WBS Prep (perfect every time)
or use oats 2. If you want to expand your grain jars without individual inoculation use G2G transfers Grain to grain in a SAB Also TL's take on G2G with video
3. Now you should have colonized grain spawn, time to make a bulk substrate to spawn to. Frank's Simple Coir/Verm Tek I personally use coir Frank's hpoo substrate, revisited poo works too
4. That substrate has to be pasteurized, here's some info to clear up any confusion about pasteurization Frank's Proper Pasteurization Tek 3.0
5. Ok you have spawn and bulk substrate, time to mix them Frank's Bulk Spawning Tek (in a monotub)
6. Additional monotub info for best results How to dial in your monotubs like a boss

OR go to the user list, search for TCs rank them by their join date, find the newest TCs
https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showmembers.php?sb=12&page=1&like=&expert=expert
such as muda BL SBJ
then at the bottom of that page, click view main threads, sort them again by words or age and then you'll have found all the TEKs wrote by TCs
for example SBJs threads he started sorted by how many words in the first post

research

You should be glad bodhisatta was so kind just now. When I joined this site if you asked a question like the ones you did, you would have been told to fuck off and use the search engine. No links. No explanation as to how to use it. Maybe a facepalm gif. Possibly a zero rating.
Those links bodhisatta gave you are gold. Read them until your eyes bleed. You shall have your pound.
