Albino A+ First time on grass seeds.
    #23172886 - 04/30/16 02:06 PM (8 years, 8 months ago)

Here is some of my first jars of Albino A+ strain.
I used 250ml jars with silicone injection ports and polyfill lids filled with soaked grass seeds with little bit of gypsum added.
Here is how it's look like after 7 days.

Thanks.I will update this topic with new pics. For now I think I have more luck than skill anyway.I did it from print to MS solution to jars in simple glove box.
I made 6 jars and all of them are (I guess) clean to this point. We will see how it goes. It's my first time with cubes anyway so Im prepared for failure.

Looks good.

Im doing AA+ right now it took about 30 days for 3.5 pounds of rye to fully colonize for me. 10 days for the sub and then 5 days into fruiting im seeing 100 to 150 pins that are about 1/4 inch as of tonight. Good luck i look forward to seeing the updates.

Yes I plan to do some G2G after its fully colonized and healthy.
I decided to use grass seeds coz I had read on this forum they are great for G2G transfers.
Just shook them up yesterday after I took some pics and I hope they recover quickly.
Will post updates later.

The upside to that kind of seed is just that they are smaller, smaller = more inoculation points which = faster colonization.
Just do the g2g in a sab and shake after you transfer. leave for a week or so and then theyll be all ready to use.

Did you need help with anything specific or are you kind of lost after the g2g itself?

You should shake those jars. They will finish in a few days if you do. Then spawn them to a bulk substrate like coir and verm.

I guess that's because jars are very small and I used grass seeds as a substrate.
Gonna stick to it for a while.
