How the F do you do this?
Rather how do you tell when it's properly hydrated? I see no change in size because it's so small.
YOu fellers boil/simmer your millet or just soak it?

I pour boiling water submerging it, set a timer for 30 minutes, then strain. Foomans wbs tek.

Ive been on a 24hr soak kick lately just starting with hot ass tap water and it's tee early to tell if I really like it or not.

If you use rolling boiling water and a timer for 30 minutes you'll love it for sure

Dunno what to tell you there, i use it a lot, it's been around like 6 years probably longer if I am remembering correctly.

Never used wbs. But when using pure millet, I soak for 2 days. Then rinse and pc. When I've tried cooking it to add moisture, it mushed on me
