Bulk Spawn BRF Cakes to Loaf Pans - GE Micropore Tape?

This will be my first grow, and I've got some healthy looking BRF jars nearly ready to birth. I have a couple different strains, but I only marked the foil tops and accidentally tossed them before re-marking the jars.
To keep my strains separate, I'm wanting to do a mini-bulk spawn with a 1/2 pint jar for each of these little loaf pans with lids. I'm going to use 50/50 verm/coir with about a 1 to 3 spawn to bulk ratio.

My question is.. are these little plastic lids ok? Or should i put some plastic wrap or something closer to the surface of the substrate while colonizing to allow better build-up of Co2 ?
Also, any suggestions for using some micropore tape on either or both the plastic lids or plastic wrap. what size holes , how many etc.
Thanks!

I use brownie pans for mini bulks. There 13x9s with a lid like that. I use 1 quart spawn 2 quart 50/50hpoo verm. I just put the lid on and wait til fully colonized. Then I use a red hot nail to punch holes in the lid like a SGFC pattern on top and the sides of the plastic lid. I've had great success like this. But usually before they stop fruiting the mycelium corrodes the aluminum and contams get in. There good for 2 flushes on average.

Thanks Bastard, I've got these going in a 4-tier greenhouse setup with humidity controls, so I was planning to just take the top off completely once they are fully colonized. Or if there's another step I'm missing where I want the lids on with air-holes, maybe for the pinning stage and then I take the lid off after that?
Also, I'm using some thick 4 mil plastic to line the bottoms, so I'm hoping to avoid the corrosion part, and maybe even reuse the pans/ lids if possible.
Also, if these little pans become full white 'cakes', couldn't I just remove the cake from the pan and do like a dunk-and-roll on them for the next couple flushes?

That all sounds good to me. I've never dunked and rolled a bulk before but that would be small enough. And if your lining them in a green house they should last a while provided they aren't cheap lightweight pans. If you do line it would be hard to dunk and roll. You'd do more damage then its worth dunking and rolling with a liner. If you wanted to dunk and roll no liner and you may have to rip the pans.
