You should be able.
I would just make sure there in an area that gets both direct and indirect(ambient) lighting an make sure you don't let them dry out!

Outdoor facility?  Is this the type of facility that bugs can get into?  If so, they certainly will.  What are we talking about exactly?  I really wouldn't do PF tek in 80F without controlled conditions.  There's no chance in hell it'll be humid enough to account for the moisture loss at 80F.  Monitored indoor conditions would be a lot better overall for PF tek.  If you wanted a good outdoor grow spawning to a bed or something would be a lot better.  Even a monotub could fruit outside reasonably well, but PF tek? :nono:

A SGFC indoors at 65-75F would offer the best chances of success for PF tek.  Cakes are just too high maintenance for much of anything else to work reliably well.  If you're just going to put a SGFC in said outdoor facility then I guess it'd be okay, but the temps will encourage contaminant growth at a higher rate than they'll positively affect the mushroom mycelium.

:whathesaid:

i dont think a SGFC would work that well with wind at play as well.

unless you can mist it every 1-2 hours

Closed off outdoor Shed with screened windows. My only concern is airflow but I can put a fan in one of the windows. Should be good from Bugs. Also have a terrarium I may use as well.

a shed in 80F will reach 100F or higher...

you are way way way better off doing some sort of bed tek, or staying indoors.

Thank you for the info this is why I ask I'm obviously a newbie. So a better spot would be inside an area that doesn't get much AC because I keep my house at about 75°. As long as it still gets a bit of direct but mostly in direct sunlight. Correct?
