I been spraying these mofos like 2-3 times a day, I got my poly tightened all around. Idk wtf else to do lol. I even made the subs beyond field capacity. I'll spray them and check in a few hours and it's sucked right up. I agree though, they do look thirsty. Damn water whores is what they are...

A lot of people seem to have a lot more experience with APE than I do. IMLE, I've noticed APE seem to like a tightly dialed tub with high FAE and wet feet. I think I remember Munchauzen having success with using a dub-tub type of setup. They do drink a lot!

My back has been pretty good lately. I mean, yea, it hurts every day. But I haven't had to brace myself to sneeze in a while.
It sucks bro. I don't take drugs though, because I want to be aware. Been stretching every morning for 20 min and it really helps.

Cultivating is rough on the back man the worst is washing out my tubs outside cause I gotta be bent over.. spawning is tough too if I have a bunch.

I take 175mg of Methadone daily and I get radiofrequencies (they burn the nerves away).
Neither really help. Thinking about trying yoga

The only things that have helped my back and nerve damage have been exercise and medicinals, honestly. I have some nerves that are always 'ringing', but things like Hericium seem to help tame it. My situation probably pales to yours or Azur's, but core exercises are where it's at for the back. The extra muscles help hold everything up, taking some load off the spine. Speaking of which I gotta start exercising again.

You should read this

My mom had slipped a disk and fractured a vertebrae and doctors reccommended
that she get surgery. My mom hates doctors though so she went with acupuncture instead and stayed off her feet to help the vertebrae heal.
25 years later she has zero back pain and has never had any other back
related issues. She swares by it but i don't know for sure
the extent of it's usefullness. I'm kind of a skeptic
