Gearing Up For A Monster Greenhouse Grow B+ and G.T. I'm going with Oats and White Millet. I will be using two greenhouses. My sub will be a mixture of Coir, Verm, Spawn, BRF, gypsum (overkill?)

Nice, hope it works well for you.
Why are you adding BRF though?

BRF will likely contaminate unless you are sterilizing it and keeping it sterile until 100% colonized. That test has been done.

which bad news?
-that u can't open air spawn BRF? -that a roaster does not sterilize efficiently? or -it takes time and experience to dial in a "monster greenhouse"?
good luck OP…don't bite off more than you can chew

All of the above, glad someone said it. Most of all I really want to know how he intends to noc up those bags. I really hope he doesn't say ms syringe.
Has anyone here ever noc'd up a bag even half that size? He could g2g a gallon of spawn into one of those bags and I'm not sure it'd reach full colonization

they look like the small or medium filter bags, not the large ones.
probably easy to pour from, but not pour into.
at least the grain prep looks good

By doing a g2g transfer. I have enough grain spawn to do it. 24 quarts to be exact.

Are you going to do your g2g transfers inside a still air box or in front of a laminar flow unit or plan C?

your filters appear to have been facing outwards, wouldn't this mean they are compromised?
the filter needs to be covered during the sterilization because of the water raining down on them.
hope this isn't the case

Filters getting wet is only a problem if they remain wet. Biofilms won't form if they dry.

Ok call me crazy but I'm going to give it a go. I'm going to try a friend method on two of my trays. The sub is: Black Kow 10%, Coir, Lime, and Vermiculite. Pasteurized in a turkey bag. Then going from the turkey bag into an aluminum roaster with an aluminum lid. 2qts of grain per pan. My other trays will be the same mixture minus the black kow and using hpoo.
