That’s exactly what I am dealing with! I will make adjustments. Thank you so much for your help! Does that fluffy mycelium look normal otherwise? My GT cakes that I fruited in little sgfc’s never did that.

Would really appreciate a couple more opinions on this as I now have a handful of healthy looking shrooms growing on this block, would be a shame to bin them.

you could try to isolate the cake and see if you can get some fruits but if thats ol' rhizopuss, pin mold, it will overtake that cake real quick... along with any other nearby cakes.
bury outside with some compost or something you might get some extra shrooms that way.

If you’re talking about the mycelium growing at the base of your mushrooms, it is 100% normal and part of your healthy fruits.

BRF cakes, 4th grow. Contamination? Never seen white centers on the caps before (first pic). Also don't recall seeing this much white stuff around the bases. OK to use?

It's just mycelium... they're fine.. are they B+ by any chance? B+ really likes to do that on the center of the caps..
On the base of the stipes, it's called "fuzzy feet" usually its an indication that you should increase FAE a little bit

Our primary concern with contamination is the way it fucks up a grow and reduces yields. As far as consumability goes, the stuff that makes a mushroom unsafe to eat or likely to make you sick is pretty obvious and commonsense. Like, mold spores, slimy rotten fruit, black caps, etc. The only real gray area is when you have fruit starting to senesce or abort, and you don't realize that it's starting to rot from the inside. Splitting the fruit in half to check it will address that concern.
Irregularities in growth are pretty much always fine.
