It's looking good and healthy

I'd wait until I saw some pins before I'd  fruit it.

This. I always wait till the tub tells me it's ready. When you start to see pins forming, she's ready to rock.

Looking good, keep us updated!

More FAE, look how the strands of mycelium are reaching up towards the top, they need to breathe.
Introduce into fruiting, put on the top tub, and keep the holes in the top loosely stuffed with poly (just barely in place).

I don't think  it looks ready to fruit yet it's still colonizing.

Look at my mistake

Agreed.  Nice flush, but the veils didn't tear early.  They tear when the fruit is mature.  If the fruits are small, it indicates a lack of substrate moisture content.

Those fruits are at the perfect time for picking, or they could have even been picked a few hours earlier.  I prefer to catch them just before the veil tears for best quality.

I also have read not enough FAE can cause that. You want the best of both worlds. What does your lid look like? Just curious. Btw, some look mutant. Pretty cool nonetheless.
