I'm not against taxes as you like to lie and claim that I am. With You progressives it's either complete govt control or anarchy, smarter people than you know that's ridiculous, so you can keep distorting what people like myself and shins say and we'll keep correcting it, but it sounds childish to me for you to keep projecting some insane ideals on your opponents, why not just have an honest debate?

Often times I come in a thread like this ready to bust the premise wide open, but find that falcon, or citizen x, of wolf, or ballsalsa, or enlil, or qman has already made my point.
Its because we all understand the same facts. HU and Shins seem to be perpetually confused, or else revert back to a faulty premise everyone just spent 20 pages debunking in a different thread. Failing that, they simply contradict their own talking points after a while.
Its a constant struggle of bullshit jargon whack-a-mole.

I never even got into whether I support a certain amount of taxation or not.
All I'm trying to get you guys to do is admit that taxation is theft.
You guys have no respect for the fact that you want to steal money to pay for your programs. Aybe if you repeated the fact that you are stealing money without consent, you might tone it down on the spending a little?
The way you guys try to skirt around the issue and deny you are taking money without consent (theft) is very disgusting. It shows how dishonest you are, and it show hiw you deny reality in order to try and support your policies.

Every time I drive down a road from now on tho, I'm just gonna have a giggle and think about how much you paid for it.
tipote was right a page or so ago, you should read up on the idea of consent of the governed, I'm not absolutely against what you're saying I just approach it differently. I think what your beef is, a big part of mine is too, is representation. Maybe check out some of the participatory city councils set up all across south america. I think they're onto something cool.
