Still abit dry I would say, though rain is forecasted for the next few days
Whole lot of inactives starting to carpet.
Found a pretty extensive Amanita Muscaria garden

I support this philosophy
And I meant in no way any criticism, only gratitude

PS those caps do look like a lot of fun

sorry man didnt mean to write criticism i meant comments or appreciation i know its helped many and many people and will continue to do so, which of course being the driving force behind it i aimed to educate people, help harm reduction and since there wasn't one for hunting in SA or anything like it i decided to put my wisdom into a hunting guide and to try to help with all annoying questions that constantly clog up the thread lol

but yes thank you mate im glad it helped you and enjoyed it like many others i appreciate it all

The rains are a-comin'. Dryer than a nunnery down south 3 days ago but so many beautiful a. muscaria, cooked an awesome feast up with them for the lady last night. Been a few years since i've visited the shroomery but hope to see the SA regs on here from years back. One love and happy hunting ya'll

G'day Smokeandtoke:thumbup:

Wild patches aren't doing a lot.

A couple inactives and some more sub pins in the same early fruiting forest patch from last week. Keen to check out some spots further from out this weekend. A couple weeks I'd say the early patches will be doing their thing.

Keep mistaking Psathyrella for sub pins from a distance

Went for a hike this weekend, found a fair few patches of these around, anyone have any idea what they are?

Hello fellow shroomites
Good to see some familiar faces again this year.

Popped out for a hunt today and most of my spots were way to dry
Dry enough for this Red Belly Black snake to be out.

Take care out there guys

Close to 2 years ago I found one of these fellas wriggling along Frome St. near Pirie St. Took a while to get someone who knew what the hell to do with it, and have no clue as to how it got there.

Anyway, G'Day for another year everyone, I was looking at the weather today worried that I'd missed the boat for the start of the season but looks like things are just starting to happen! Going to try and get out to some of my areas soon, and looking forward to finding some elusive big patches finally.

Went out today to my old spot from two years ago nothing really happening there at all.
I'm in no rush, when season is in full swing from posts on here I'll probably start going out again.
