use a coversion chart, or go to a head shop and get a cheap scale.

Hello Unity3,

What I do is mix 1 Tbsp of agar to 150ml of spring water. If you us a 1/2pint mason jar it should have the ml measurements on the side. Remember on thing...it is better to have a little less water than too much.

If you are talking about using a pre-mixed agar like Fungi Perfecti (www.fungi.com) MEA i can pass you some advice Camel gave me one time:
2 level teaspoons per cup of water
