King Oyster will pin like crazy, I think that's why it's commercially grown in bottles, to lower the surface area. I've also heard of them plucking off most of the pins so that it will focus on a few solid fruits.
I'm about to cook up those delicious fruits.
Almost thought this was aaw, you must be crazy.

Honor to know you sir.
We all live incredibly different lives each with our own tragedy and triumph, and this one, incredible, amazingly border shattering and life altering thing we call mycology has bound us all together. Through a combination of technology, research, and strife we have found a place that unites us like a mycelial network of souls to a science that brings us warmth and comfort. It's a pleasure knowing all of you.

The goal is 15 psi. So I just kept adding weight till I could get it to 15 psi without having to blast it super high. Just a nice low hiss. (:
Hahha yeah thank you. The tea is dank! We have bees too for our own honey(:
