Well I know that water boils at a lower temperature if you're on a higher altitude, but if you ask me, the temp doesn't stop rising when the water starts to boil. So I think it's gonna boil earlier, but you will still reach 100?C and up. If you wanna make sure, just boil it somewhat longer. Just my 2 cents.

Well,I think you just rewrote some laws of physics there,friend!

The whole point of a PRESSURE cooker is that the water can be heated above its normal boiling point.At ambient pressure,you can heat it all day long,and it is still going to boil at its "boiling point" and not get any hotter.That's just how it works.

ilive in calgary and tried the pf tek several times without success mold mold mold pressure sterilizers rule i have never had a problem since

aural is totally right water boils at 100 C at sea level and less higher up due to lower pressure . steam is hotter but not by much unless under pressure
