OK you dont pasteurize grain , when i said above "i use it to pasteurize too" i was talking about the pressure cooker(what this whole thread is about)

OK now you have to read!!!!!!! you pressure cooker is a good one to use but you are now mixing different statements, i said above that i cook grains in jars in my PC at 15 psi for 60 min then i turn off and let it cool overnight but there is a whole process that you will have to do before you even get to this step.

And for how long should it be pasteurized if one were to pasteurize 6 Qts of grain
please find some teks and read now because you are going to be waisting time and money if you dont, try doc's wild bird seed tek

I've read DOC's tek. And I always read and re-read the teks before I actually do anything. Sometimes I just ask stupid questions, but often those stupid questiosn prevent stupid mistakes.
