I just put some ps. cyan spores on agar. I just scraped them from the print directly onto the agar. did I do that right? Lol

depends how stubborn they are. I had to use a LOT of spores on grain to get anything to happen before transferring to agar. Grain can take a lot more spore solution than a petri dish were you can only really use a drop.

Kind of. It should work.
I highly suggest getting sterile swabs. They're approx 10 bucks for 200 sets of 2. Then you can streak it in a Z pattern or an "I".
On wild prints you can run pasty plates with a lighter agar. Especially old ones.
I use 6g agar, 3 Karo drops, 3 tsp potato flakes and 1.75 cups of water. As opposed to 7.5g agar, 2 Karo drops, 2 tsp potato flakes and 1.5 cups of water. Usually I save the tougher agar when I know for sure they've germinated and visible mycelium shows. I still move these to pint pp5's as the surface area is larger. Small pasties for tiger drop are when it's clean. For me anyway.
Right now I have some allenii germinating and it's about the same size as a grain of rice. For this I use inoculation loops because it's so much easier, and some have much finer tips for precise work.
If you want a transfer to stay for a long time, dial down your Karo and potato and make the myc fight for nutes. Only when it's going really strong, like third transfers.
Edited to fix my agar recipe

okay, I couldn't find anything on it but I know that there is less of a chance for contamination using just spores. I hope t works x.x

Hey, I've got a bad question for you all you outdoor growers. What is a typical yield per square foot? Now, I know that its a bad question. There are a ton of variables including the method youre using. But if you were gonna simply bury cakes with a nice mix of manure and watered straw, what kind of yields could you expect to get per square foot?
-------------------- Alice asked the Cheshire Cat, who was sitting in a tree, “What road do I take?” The cat asked, “Where do you want to go?” “I don’t know,” Alice answered. “Then,” said the cat, “it really doesn’t matter, does it?”
