Thanks!

So you can make buckets of spore-filled LC with one syringe?

cirilo.h is right, you want to clean up the mycelium on agar before you use it to make LC. I like to make LI from the colonized agar plate to inject a couple CC'c into each jar of LC.

You got a link to a tek that turns agar to buckets of LC?

This is the ratios I use. Just scale it up or down. https://mycotopia.net/topic/17950-dank-ass-liquid-culture-tek/
I get some good isolated on agar, then squirt sterile water into the perti dish, scratch up the mycelium and suck it back into the syringe. Now you have your LI, use that to knock up your LC jars after they cool and they'll fire off like no other.

Got a ton done. Transplanted a bunch of plants that had colonizing cyan mycelium into one of my cyan beds. Was hard digging through all the sticks under the wood chips but managed. Cased the bed with around 1/2" of peat. Added a special treat to all my legal MJ planters Blue oysters are doing great Cyans are eating up the Douglas Fur Nom Nom
Second picture is the mycelium hiding under picture one

I like to use donor chips from an existing bed to start new patches usually, but these were all started with agar to WBS then spawned directly to wet woodchips
