Last year i had a little patch that i put a little potting soil over and did pretty good.
This new one i started last april i put cardboard over it and this fall i will prob just lay a small layer of leaves over it.

Is the pic in your sig the same patch as in the first pic? If so, it yielded some really beautiful little christmas presents.

oh sorry, I was talking about the sig of cigam those hepa filters in your sig have always intrigued me, sort of floating in nature
I should probably hit the quote button more often but always feel I'm taking up too much room when I do.

Yes, that came out of that little patch. I thought it looked cool. It was the first patch that i had some success with. I have expanded it and started a couple others for next Christmas.
I cant wait to see liloldme patch this winter. I predict it will be awesome. How does the myc look?

Thought I would add this to the thread, all work was done last week.. Spawned another three 1/2 gallon jars of colonized WBS and around 9-10 gallons of colonized wood. The black soil used to plant the starts was my homemade compost seen here made mostly of wood

That's a seriously impressive set up. Gonna be crazy to watch what happens. Good to see an outdoor grow log. I wish i could find some outdoor grow logs that use cubes. Anyone know of any they can direct me to?
