Need to find a bios for a board...

and i can't find it thru all the net bullshit. I'm trying to flash a compaq into working order....board is a camaro pwa-pwa, from a presario 3340.
Processer is probably nothing special, mebbe 800 mHz at most. Any help would be appreciated.

copying down the string ID at bootup will be helpful.. You first need to enable a full boot up in the bios to do this,, with a compaq in order to get past the comcrap screen. Have you ever flashed a bios before?? PM me... we'll get you situated.. NFum...

you need to get a flash program from compaq's webpage (http://h18000.www1.hp.com/) and then locate your motherboard type and dl the latest bios. Then read the instructions and flash away.

Edit: Trust me, the flash program is in the webpage somewhere, it took me afew day's to find it. I lost it last format, otherwise I would give it to you. they have a poorly put together webpage, but the info is there.
