different feeling trips??

i've noticed that some shrooms have a very jittery physical sorta body high while others are warm and very visual feeling, is this a difference in strains that produces different highs?

I think it has more to do with the mindset, serotonine levels, etcetera..
Psilocybin and psilocin are allways the same... although there do exist some other precursors in mushrooms, like baeocystin but they produce a very weak effect.

Maybe this is because you didn't "Let Go", you probably fought against the trip which would make you end up in the same place but u never really let the trip just... happen.
