Fucking pathetic. He had his hands raised until he was first shot then flinched and was shot again and again. He clearly didn't know what the fuck to do after the first few bullets, and then he possibly went for his gun but never produced it. I sure as shit would have gone for my gun after being shot a few times. You'd be a fucking moron otherwise. The passengers in the vehicle witnessed bullets come into the vehicle and one of them was shot while in the vehicle. He took 8 shots before being shot in the face and never pulled out his gun.

ok, no, you don't get it.
if they didn't stop him, he might not have pulled his gun then and there, but he would have kept running, like he was obviously doing (ever heard of dropping to the fucking ground after a high-speed crash?), and then he would have loped into the woods for shelter, and he could have "produced" his weapon then, and killed someone, under tree cover.
bad idea. you don't have the situational awareness to be an agent, nor militia...funnily enough, neither do these militia.

Sorry. He failed to follow police orders after publicly announcing he wouldn't be taken alive. Fuck that asshole.

actually, you can. holy fuck. if someone had attempted to kill someone you love, and then you stopped them; but you could prevent the next time it happens, when he attempts to hurt someone again, and don't stop him because you didn't see him with the weapon?
do you see how that might not play out so well for anyone?
let's give another example.
say a couple are making fucking pipe bombs...and you don't tell someone about it...
or some says they're going to, oh i dunno, shoot up some reporters, or some cops, or some schools; and no one fucking does anything about it...is that ok to you?
hmmmmmmm
i'd think about that one.

So how does that apply to N. Korea then? Is america/UN/ect wrong for keeping their country in the shitter for as long as we can remember all because of what they 'might' do?

No its not ok to murder any of those people. You arrest them and try them for their crimes in a court of law. You don't go all cowboy judge jury and executioner.

you should go to Oregon and try that all out, Skip.
the militia affiliated with are already responsible for a homocide; he was not innocent, he was given a chance to not preform a high-speed pursuit scenario by evading the police; he had the chance to come in peacefully, and he didn't take that chance.

They were shooting at his car when he fled the first traffic stop according to the passenger. I think he rightly feared for his life. The cops could've cared less whether they took him alive or dead. I think they prefered dead.

the militia over there doesn't seem to be up to the task of managing the land and husbandry, and welfare of flora and fauna, considering their huge gasping mistake that got the original idiots in trouble to begin with, causing this conflagration, which coincidentally, all started with a blazing fire that they made worse, by impinging on what the firefighters (the professionals) were doing, and the authorities -- in this case, the LITERALLY PEOPLE WHO KNOW BETTER! -- when they told them to CEASE AND DESIST!

probably. that's what happens when you provoke, menace, and talk a big game, and then run, after you should already under be arrest for negligent homocide. there a lot of militia members whom are lucky to even be free right now.

These guys have never admitted to being wrong from what I remember so it's really just a waste of time other than showing how irrational their logic is. I have on the other hand admitted to being wrong multiple times here but will never secede my position here. I don't agree with everything these militia guys say or do, but the way the feds keep us in line is by keeping us socially engineered and divided along those differences. Been going on in America since the slave rebellions. It works so well that groups with the exact same interests will never see eye to eye because of stupid shit like their choice of drugs, hairstyle, clothing, slang speak etc. A good example is hippies vs rednecks. Judy Bari recognized this and fought for the middle ground, only to be bombed by the fbi for trying to unite forest workers and forest activists. Wake the fuck up folks.
And as an ecologist I've got to add that the land that was burnt by the hammonds is land that has a natural fire ecology that needs to thin the lodgepole pine for the ponderosa to thrive and reduce the juniper population raising the water table. Both of these effects result in a healthier and more productive as well as populated habitat and wildlife corridor.

"It" is the human nature to form coalitions.
there isn't a global conspiracy. just a global greed.

hmmm, sounds ill-convincing. flimsy. but the FBI isn't exactly the cleanest coalition in the world...neither is the eco-coalitions. not necessarily.

The BLM said that the hammonds actually increased the value of the land they burnt in a report they made.
