I'm interested in cultivating and making tea or pills of Reishi for health benefits for my family. Any help or ideas would be great for this new adventure I'm on.

It is reishi
Here's a favorite preparation of mine, the herbs could be anything!
Tear the f. Pinicola into pieces while fresh; then dry. Dry the reishi, then break into pieces.
Squeeze lemon onto himilayan pink salt; let dry
Combine reishi and fomitopsis in a blender with cinnamon, your lemonated salt, tundra(continental) tea if you can find it, or some juniper berries and a few spruce or fir tips
Store in a glass jar
