I wouldn't be surprised.
Any self respecting physical trainer would disagree with you wholeheartedly on every aspect, even 5 minutes of google-fu disproves almost everything you've said in this thread, but I'll let it slide because I'm too drunk for that shit at the moment.

Well to start off, you claim raised heel squats make you able to lift more, which is bullshit.
Quote:
3 advantages of Back Squats with flat heels 2 Heavier Loads – Through increasing posterior chain recruitment, squats with flat heels allow for heavier loads to be moved. This indirectly offers a positive effect on increasing power in any other exercise (radiation effect).
http://www.strengthsensei.com/pros-and-cons-of-heels-elevated-squat/
Want more proof that you have no fucking idea what you're talking about?
I can dissect everything you've said so far as a load of shit if you'd like.
Or, you can keep on with your imaginary knowledge of lifting to fool some shroomery members into a bogus workout program. Your choice bud.

I think he's joing...? .....I think? anyway people are becoming more and more aware that the goof ball trainer at their gym having people do calf raises is a nimrod. You need to deadlift and backsquat to get anywhere in the strenth atmoshphere. It's a requirement.

I'm not saying that, but all of his "facts" are bullshit so who knows what else OP is going to say.

Why do you think recommending a weightlifting shoe is more likely to injure someone?

You think they just switched to weightlifting shoes when they reached elite status it happened or something?
You do realize most of them went through the ranks of the youth weightlifting clubs and etc right?
The fuck is dangerous about a raised heel again? Please, you keep saying it's dangerous, supply these people with these dangers of it

I didn't say it was dangerous, but all of your "facts" aren't true so who knows what bullshit you'll come up with next? Potentially being dangerous.
My advice to anyone seriously considering this, is to get a real personal trainer, who does it for a living, and not someone on a mushroom message board.
That's all.

PrepH has most definitely not said anything unreasonable
The main thing he has focused on, is weightlifting shoes are going to be better than running shoes.
What in the actual fuck is so outlandish about this?

There is not anything outlandish about it, you will see most strength coaches push their athletes to use them and a belt. From Rippetoe to Joe Kenn. This guy is a goof ball I guess, might move this to my journal but will invite every serious poster to it asap.

Wrong, you should't really be stretching much before working out, where did you hear that?

So I have def not read much of the other posts here. sounds like standard internet bashing etc. insults as arguement and the whole nine yards
1) I would love to join this program whatever it is. You sound somewhat experienced and you aren't really making money off it so I would be surprised if it was a scam 2) IMO you shouldn't need wieghtlifting shoes if you have good mobility and stuff like that. I am no expert, but this is just my experience 3) Stop arguing over stupid shit in the comments. Most of you guys prolly can't squat deep and hold with no wieght. Most of our postures are fucked
