SHould this be patch cased just left alone? (picture)

This is Puerto rican on straw, cased with coco coir.. in the fruiting chamber for 2 days. My question is; should I just let it fruit with light and fanning or would a patch casing be more beneficial?

I'd patch. I patched my casing 4 times before I was happy and got a great pinset.

A lot too pends the fruiting chamber temps.

Summer here means the terrarium is as toasty as the incubator. So I have to move to the terrarium sooner than I normally would.

Placed in the terrarium (where in winter I would patch and incubate longer).

Still in vegetative stage (as temps are virtually incubator like), though close now to knots.

in the fruiting chamber it gets about 12 hours of fluorescent light/day and fanned 2 times a day, with 68-70 F temps.
one of the SA casings showed knots while the casing was colonizing, but the Pr shown here was in the same incubator and has no sign of knots on the third day in the fruiting chamber. I probably won't patch case... i'll probably just let it go
