Do you think Panaeolus species can handle this type of treatment? I've definitely seem some people do holes in from the start but I'm not sure about casing right off the bat.

Reishi culture is ripping trough the oats. I am so ready to get this one going. AA+ and KSSS are also to oats right now but they are just getting started.
Made a shit load of transfers today- Reishi, KSSS, APE, CRS, and ATL7.
My 2 PE tubs look good and casing layer looks about 30% colonized. I followed azurs case and poly at spawn.
Argentina tub from a clone of my first grow is about to start pinning. I'm super excited. I LOVE this variety.

Happy Friday!

very diluted AA+ spores streaked across grain soak water agar plates.
cover slip put right on the mycelium of one dish sacrificed for microscopy

black dots placed at leading edge of growth and where two growths are touching.

trying to confirm I have monokaryotic growth for hybridization attempts

Nice! love those microscope shots, what's those circular spots, condensation? or maybe some air trapped in the agar?

Golden Halo spores.

I wasn't the one who took these. A friends friends brother took them with his Phone and microscope. The print was from a recent grow of mine.
