Seriously. Based on what people have said of snorting microdots, I suspect it would make for an awesome ride. So someone really needs to recrystallize some LSD into an inert, snortable medium, so that we psychonauts can mess with it!!

All though, if there was a drug which hits you instantly after snorting, lasts about 20 mins, and then wears off fast: I would be down as fuck for that yo.

Dissolve some tabs in alcohol or deionized water solution and drop it in your nose if you're that into snorting it... or just inject...
Or be like everyone else and just eat it. LSD has a high bio-availability through sub-lingual and oral routes, but of course the most efficient way would be to inject it but the benefits would really not be worth it imo. If it was worth it to take LSD through other routes of administration, people would be doing it.

I asked someone on shroomery and he says it hits you hard in 1 minute and is more intense than eating it

True. The perceived benefit, as I see it, is the comeup. Reports from those who have sniffed liquid and microdot is a very fast comeup, hitting peak in twenty-ish minutes, followed by a normal duration plateau. Also, I just like insufflation...

It'd probably create some unneeded hysteria around LSD and unwanted media attention.
Foolish people would do foolish things with it. Though that's not any reason to ban/not make it of course. But there's a case out there in the literature of some folks in the 1960's or 70's (IIRC) who were at a house party and there was some powder on the table they thought was coke so they sniffed a fat line of it and it was pure L. I believe they ended up in a coma with some seriously scary physiological reactions. Can't remember if they ended up alright in the end (as "alright" as you could ever be after some shit like that, I suppose) but I want to say they did. Regardless, seriously scary shit.
Although I do realize it's no different really than what kids are doing with tryptamine and phenethylamine analogues (along with whatever other drug classes) they are purchasing online. That however is it at least a smaller and more limited subset of the psychedelic population who are into doing that. If someone were to make snortable LSD and sell it on the street, they would definitely HAVE to sell it in already pre-made individual capsules or something with most of the powder being some inert harmless carrier substance and then just the tiny dose of L mixed in there so you can easily snort it. Selling pure L by like the tenth of a gram or some shit would be harmful to the cause. Though I doubt anyone would do that anyways

For sure.... I was just saying that I would love it, but I know the media, drugfreeworld.com (<--mlm(-_-)mlm), and many concerned parents would be having field day after field day. I wasn't advocating snorting pure L! Heh. That would be.... interesting.
And premade caps for sure. It would be flat out imbecilic to hand out baggies of acid, given that people won't respect it like they do a "dangerous" (I put it in quotes, because I believe LSD deserves as much or more respect) substance such as heroin, and would be likely to snort enormous piles. Why must the reckless ruin our fun?

That would be hard to get the dosages right.
I mean a whole line has to hold a small microgram of LSD.
It could work but dosing would be tough i think. Also, what would u mix it with that suspends the LSD crystal in powder.

You'd want to take maybe 250mg and mix it in with 249.75g of an inert, like powdered lactose (the stuff snorted in film production), in solution (probably high proof alcohol, to accelerate drying, like... everclear ). Dry this out over a large area, and scrape it up. You end up with 1 part per thousand lsd; to get 100mcg, you would have to insufflate 0.1g of the powder. Obviously you could bump the ratio up for a more potent mix.
