I avoid it unless absolutely necessary.  I won't freak out in a plane (I've been on planes all throughout my life), but I don't enjoy it, either.  The feeling of being that out of control really bothers me, because I know if something went wrong (be it pilot or other random error) there'd be little chance I made it out alive.  That's not a gamble I really like taking ...

You have a considerably higher chance of dying in a car then you do on a plane.  How many times do you get in a vehicle when you are not driving?  The percentage of accidents among drivers is staggering over planes... do you like taking that chance?  Everytime you get in a car with someone else driving, you are putting your life in their hands.

In the US, each year there are about 40,000 deaths per year in automobile
accidents vs. about 200 in air transport.

The reason those towers are built that way is so that they can channel energy, ill have to find the link to info about this and post it.

That first one listed hasn't bee built yet.  I doubt it will, the amount of capital to create something like that will be in the 100 billions.  But it does look like something out of Alien.

I'm pretty sure The Burj Dubai was built that way so it won't fall down.

Oh, ok.  Sarcasm can be difficult to pick up on the internet with no smileys, even if they do look kind of gay.

It was one of the other buildings that burned just before the fireworks show.  There's no way that was a coincidence.

A 65 story building was engulfed in flames just before the fire works were about to go off.
